STEAM WAVE has been created mainly for a domestic use, but thanks to its high performance it can be used for restaurants, hotels, butchers shops, communities etc. and all those places where an extremely accurate cleaning is necessary. Thanks to a wide range of accessories it has several functions.
STEAM WAVE complies with the requirement of the directive HACCP (DL N.155 dtd 26/05/97).
STEAM WAVE is provided with an automatic water reload system of the boiler. Steam production has no time limit.
