Description Active foam suspends dirt, then dries to a non sticky powder which is readily vacuumed away. Foam cleaning prevents soaking of carpets, ensures quick drying. Safe on all fast dye carpets. Does not leave sticky deposits. Cleans, brightens and helps prevent re-soiling of carpets.

Application Selfoam is suitable for use with all types of brush operated carpet machines. Safe on all fast dye carpets.

Directions Use in accordance with machine manufacturer's recommendations. In general dilute Selfoam 1 part to 15 parts warm water for automatic machines. Dilute Selfoam 1 part to 10 parts water for hand use. Apply fluid sparingly, work up to a good lather with brush. Leave to dry. Vacuum thoroughly. N.B. Not suitable for use with hot water extraction machine. N.B. Test a small inconspicuous area of carpet for color fastness before commencing cleaning. Coverage: 12-30 square meters per liter dependent on type of machines and thickness of carpet.

Application Selfoam HE' is a specially formulated cleaner suitable for woven and non-woven carpets of synthetic and natural fibers when used in conjunction with a water extraction machine. Also safe and effective for the cleaning of upholstery fabrics especially car seats.
Directions* Test a small inconspicuous area of the carpet for color fastness before commencing cleaning * Dilute 'Selfoam HE' 1 part to 80 parts hot/cold water (to machine specification). Ensure detergent spray is not blocked and suction recovery is functioning correctly. Spray and pick up in accordance with machine manufacturer’s recommendations. Ensure that as much liquid as possible is extracted from the carpet to speed up drying.

HEAVY DUTY EXTRACTION SHAMPOO                       C156  

Description Wool safe approved formulation Removes spots and stains from carpets and upholstery. Suitable for use on all color safe washable fabrics including wool. Can be used as a single solution or as a pre-spray prior to extraction cleaning.

 Directions Dry spots should be agitated before application, taking care not to damage delicate fabrics. Spray into affected area, allow time for solution to penetrate the stain. Absorb the stain out by blotting with white paper or extract with a machine. N.B. Before application always test for color fastness on a inconspicuous area.

Application Fast acting for high soiling in heavy traffic areas. Developed to rapidly cut through grease and heavy soiling, able to suspend typical winter soiling for easy machine extraction. Compatible with Selden’s odour neutralizer and antistatic additives.

Directions ** N.B. Test a small inconspicuous area of the carpet for colour fastness before commencing cleaning. ** Dilute 1 part to 40 parts hot/cold water (to machine specification). Ensure detergent spray is not blocked and suction recovery is functioning correctly. Spray and pick up in accordance with machine manufacturers recommendations. Ensure that as much liquid as possible is extracted from the carpet to speed up drying. For general pre-spraying dilute 1 part to 10 parts water. For heavily soiled areas pre-spray with 1 part to 4 parts warm water then use extraction cleaner as normal.

ODOUR NEUTRALISER                                    E076  

Description Developed as an additive with complete compatibility with Selden extraction shampoos. Powerful bactericidal action - ideal for all care and institutional applications. High level of perfume to re-odorize furnishings after the removal of urine, faeces and vomit. Prevents bacteria build up in the carpet fibres.

Directions Odour Neutralizer can be added straight into the detergent tank in the extraction machine. For every 1 Litre of cleaning solution in the detergent tank add between 10 and 50ml of Odour Neutraliser, depending on degree of soiling. Alternatively the detergent solution can be pre-mixed in a bucket before pouring in the detergent tank. Odour Neutralizer can also be diluted with 10 parts water and then sprayed evenly onto a clean carpet. For strong urine odours the product can be diluted down to equal parts with water for prespraying. Always extract after use, using C034 or C156, where the product has been pre-sprayed.

BIO FRESH     biological enzyme carpet deodorizer       T032

Description Penetrates underneath the surface of the carpet to remove the source of odors from carpet backing and underlay. Replaces household bacteria that produce ammonia as a waste product. Biodegrades urine into C02 and water. Lemon perfume for instant deodorization before the bacteria start working. Totally out performs all detergent alternatives.

Directions Spray directly onto the area affected. Product does not foam, allow the liquid to penetrate. Ensure the treated area is wet though not saturated. Leave to dry out, the area will be cleaned during a period of around 36 hours. Do not use in conjunction with antibacterial products.

Description An additive specially formulated to control detergent foam. Prevents accumulation of foam in wet pick up tanks. A must for carpet hot water extraction machine recovery tanks. Prevents foam clogging pumps and pipelines, restores correct circulation, prevents pumps overheating. Reduces unsightly foam in effluent treatment tanks.

Application To prevent and control detergent foam in all applications.

Directions Detergent solution recovery tanks: Add 50-100 mls of Break to recovery tank before commencing suction operation. Pumping systems: Add Break as required to prevent foam build up in pumps and pipelines. Effluent: Drip feed into effluent drain to control foam level.

chewing gum and sticky substance remover for easy removal from carpets and floors

Description Also suitable for the removal of sticky deposits. Rapidly freezes soft chewing gum and sticky deposits so that they may be quickly and easily scraped from carpets and furnishings.   Freezes down to –80°C. Will not attack fabrics or plastics.  Many uses in electronics and components assembly and testing.

Directions
1. Spray onto sticky substance.
2. Scrape off with a knife when white frost hardens it.
3. If substance softens before removed completely, repeat the above directions. N.B. Use spray at least 15cm from exposed skin, extended spray release may result in cold injury from the can.

Description quick, effective, woolsafe

Application For removal of chewing gum from all types of carpet. Performance is best on dried gum. Ideal for pubs, clubs and all carpeted public areas. If gum is fresh you may obtain quicker results using K003 Selfreez.

Directions ** N.B. Test a small inconspicuous area of the carpet for color fastness before commencing cleaning. ** It is essential that you

test the carpet for colorfastness prior to use. Spray liberally over the chewing gum and immediate surrounding area. Wait for a few minutes for the chemical action to take place. Using a blunt edged scraper and/or cloth - gently peel the gum from the carpet, taking care not to damage delicate fabrics. After use rinse out with water or a suitable extraction

shampoo using an extraction machine.

Description Removes tar and glue from all hard, solvent-resistant surfaces Safe to  use on metals Ideal for the removal of most sealants, adhesives and stubborn areas of new car delivery wax. Silicone   free and suitable for use in body shops.

Application Use to remove tar, glue and bitumen from wheel trims, chrome, engine bays and any metal surface and all kind of floors.

Directions Apply with a clean soft cotton cloth and rub until all residue is removed. Wipe all areas with a wet sponge.
NOTE: Use only in well ventilated areas  when working on interiors, have all doors open. Do not close doors until solvent  odour has dispersed. N.B. Product can affect some sensitive surfaces - Always carry out a spot test on an obscure area before full application.
